Tracejdo Bolinha

Dharma and heart opening.

Vinyasa

Dharma is the very essence of life.

Each of us is born with qualities that make us unique human beings. Discovering these qualities and living according to them brings us on the path of true happiness. Indeed, dharma enables us to live completely in harmony with the Univers and other beings.
Once we discover our own path, we are able to live truthfully and with integrity.
From this place of wisdom and self fulfilment, we share with our family, our community and with the universe. Dharma is not only a personal realisation, it is the gift we bring to the world.
Through this slow and meditative vinyasa practice, we will bring our attention to our heart center.
We will evoke Ganesh, the kind guide, the remover of obstacles. We will discover the philosophy of Dharma, and then move through asanas, meditation, pranayama and finish with a deep relaxation.

Tune in to you inner compass.

Vinyasa and Yin yoga

All the wisdom we need is inside of us, each of our cells contain the entire experience of evolution. If yoga is a journey, it is actually a journey toward the center. Our center.

To uncover and walk the map toward the center, we need to listen to the wisdom of our cells.

A practice to take time to connect to the inner wisdom of our bodies, our heart and listen to their soft whispers. A practice

Inversion and arm balances

Hatha and philosophy

Why do we practice inversions and arm balances?

Yoga is the path of knowing ourselves. Challenging asanas bring us in front of our fears. The fear of falling, the fear of failure, the fear of being ridiculed…

Through these physical difficulties, we learn about ourselves, we learn to listen, to be humble, to be persistent. We see our character in difficult times. We remember to breathe.

We will discuss philosophy.

We will embody this philosophy through visualisations to let go of fears.

We will practice asanas, with the breath.

We will explore playfully the world of inversions and arm balances, in a safe and playful environment.
